We aim for sustainable growth with our stakeholders through approaches unique to a technology company, such as energy conservation using AWS cloud technology and promoting location-independent work styles.
Environment
Challenging Decarbonization via Cloud.
For our server infrastructure, we use the AWS (Amazon Web Services) Tokyo Region, which has a high renewable energy usage rate, to improve power efficiency. In addition, by fully moving internal business processes to the cloud, we have achieved 'zero paper usage,' minimizing physical resource consumption.
Social
Diversity, Flexible Work, and Community Contribution.
We promote diversity hiring regardless of nationality, gender, or age, and have introduced a 'full remote work system' for employees raising children to support work styles that fit their life stages. Furthermore, through joint app development with local governments and educational institutions, we contribute to the DX and revitalization of local communities.
